Start with who will ask questions and where they will work. An analyst exploring sales in a desktop app needs a different setup from a SaaS team offering each customer access to their own records.
Per seat
For individual analysts and internal teams using the desktop application. Connect a database, ask follow-up questions, inspect SQL, and visualize results. Choose seats for the people using it.
Per question allowance
For chat embedded in your site and dashboards built on your data. Scale includes up to six chatbots. Choose Established when you need more chatbots, your own logo and name, or removal of AskYourDatabase branding.
Custom scope
For a custom deployment, including on-premise requirements. Agree on the user count, hosting scope, model provider or local model, and operational responsibilities before choosing a deployment.
Desktop connections run from your device; this does not mean AI processing is offline. For hosted and private deployments, review security and data handling for your intended setup.

For a self-hosted Enterprise setup, separate the license quote from infrastructure and model costs. Calling an external model API and hosting a model locally have different cost and data-handling implications. Choose Desktop Ultimate for people who query and analyze databases in the desktop app. Choose Website Chatbot to embed database chat in your product or website. Scale includes up to six chatbots; Established adds unlimited chatbots and custom branding. Enterprise covers custom deployment requirements.
Desktop Ultimate is priced per seat. Select the number of seats and either monthly or yearly billing in the Desktop plan card. For example, three seats at the displayed $49 monthly rate cost $147 per month before applicable taxes.
Scale includes 1,000 questions per month and Established includes 1,500. Additional questions cost $0.15 each on these plans. For example, 1,200 questions on the $149 monthly Scale plan cost $179 before applicable taxes: $149 plus 200 additional questions at $0.15.
Desktop and Website Chatbot are separate offerings. Desktop is for analysis in the desktop application. Website Chatbot plans provide the hosted chatbot that you can integrate into a website, along with the dashboard builder.
Each product has its own Monthly and Yearly selector. The yearly option displays a monthly equivalent for a yearly subscription. Review the selected billing period, seat count where applicable, and total in checkout before subscribing. Prices are in USD and taxes may apply.
Enterprise uses a custom quote. In addition to the AskYourDatabase license, budget for hosting, maintenance, and either external model API usage or infrastructure for a locally hosted model. Confirm the model deployment and data-flow requirements as part of the scope.
